Lost in Norway

The first time that I remember seeing a Mac computer was probalbly when I was about... oh, in grade 7ish maybe. Now, the funny thing is, I had no idea that this was a mac, I thought it was just a really colourful monitor for my PC. I didn't know about operating systems and all that jazz, and to be quite honest, I didn't even hear about mac and its beauty until I started college. So for me mac is a secret. They kinda came out a little bit, but didn't distingusih themselves enough and then disappeared all over again and poped out no where. Now all I hear is "Mac this" and "mac that" and "can I have your freeee mac sticker?"
Since I am a little bit lost on this brand, I decided that I am going to fill in those.. oh.. past 4 years I didn't know anything about mr. macintosh.

After Mr. Macintosh decided that he was going to move to Norway for the summer, his wife and children cryed at the idea, little did they know that this would be the best decision they had ever made. He left one morning very early not to disturb his family. He imagined that this adventure would help him realize what it was that he needed to do. While on his journey he had
so many ideas and things he wanted to achieve in his life, he knew that he was only on a short journey, but constantly wondered how he would be able to remember all his ideas. This is when he came up with the best idea of all. He decided then that he would develop a type of palm pilot to record his thoughts.

Years passed and Macintosh computers were built. They were competing very close with their number one competition Windows, but knew that they needed to create something unique about Mac vs. PC. Since Mr. Macintosh was a very creative man on the anniversary of his death they decided that they would dedicate their operating systems to the creative world. They installed features on these computers to make things more user friendly for creative people as well as gave it a more professional look.

As you can tell I think that macs are more used for people who are in photography, advertising, media etc. Although you can do all the same things on a PC and a Mac (basically.. programs wise..) Mac just makes it look better. Clearly Mac took those 4 years to devlope a strong brand as well as brand loyalty. Now I know who Mac is.. and would NEVER go back to a PC!

p.s BUY A MAC! and give me your freeeeee sticker.
